Introducing the Injury Recovery Protocol - a personalized, comprehensive program designed to guide rugby players through the journey of rehabilitation. The process begins with a FREE ASSESSMENT where Coach Mathieu evaluates the nature of the injury. Following the assessment, Coach Mathieu crafts a tailored recovery routine, starting with a 60-minute 1-on-1 session.
This is not just about recovery; it's a dedicated partnership to ensure a thorough healing process.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Expect a personalized and attentive approach to your recovery journey. Upon booking a FREE ASSESSMENT, you collaborate with Coach Mathieu to understand your injury's nuances. The program includes a 60-minutes 1-on-1 session, where Coach Mathieu focuses on targeted exercises and techniques to kickstart the recovery process. Following the session, you will receive a daily recovery routine to be implemented independently. Regular check-ins, scheduled every 2 weeks, ensure ongoing process monitoring and adjustments as needed.
