Rugby had a HUGE impact on my life!

What was supposed to be just a game ended up driving my entire life. From France to the United States, I travelled the world and created unique experiences. 

Rugby is an unmatched community; it gave me so much and taught me so many lessons which is why I want to give back to the community. 

Combining my experiences on the field and my knowledge as Strength & Conditioning coach, I created the Rugby Performance Lab (RPL).

The RPL is an effective training system for rugby athletes to develop their physical and mental game.

THE MISSION

At Rugby Performance Lab, the mission is straightforward – IT IS to shape rugby athletes into top-notch form, unlocking their full potential and enhancing their athletic performance. The system revolves around three core components: Strength & Conditioning, Body Health, and Nutrition with precise supplementation.

Strength & Conditioning: Whether you opt for a personalized plan with Coach Mathieu or choose a ready-made program, the training is tailored to your rugby journey, while off-season or in-season. Additionally, we emphasize body maintenance and recovery to ensure peak performance during your training sessions, practices, or games.

Injury Recovery Protocols: Unfortunately injuries in Rugby happen! The protocol is designed to get you back on the field as quick as possible, stronger and with confidence. 

Nutrition & Supplementation: Your performance on the field or in the gym, as well as your ability to recover, hinges significantly on how you fuel your body. The nutrition consultation is designed to transform any less-than-ideal eating habits into a diet tailored specifically to the demands of the sport. This consultation also aims to dispel any confusion related to nutrition.
